The Site of Big Shoulders is pleased to announce Art+Poetry Chicago 2012, a synesthesia of the poetry and art of the Windy City. A poetry contest, currently underway, showcases new poems from Chicago poets; a succeeding art contest solicits and highlights the best original artwork based on the winning poems. All winning poems and artwork will then be featured on sobs.org and in a poetry reading and gala gallery reception on Oct. 20, 2012.
